Every bid is a purchase of digital advertising on FundMyTrip.eu: your logo, a clickable hyperlink and a short description shown on the public board for 12 months from the date of purchase, positioned according to the amount paid. This is the product, and it is delivered immediately after payment and approval of your submission.

You are not buying a share, an investment, a donation with a promised return, or a guaranteed physical advertising placement on a vehicle.

Bidding starts at €10. Listings are ranked by total amount paid; ties are broken by the earliest purchase. Anyone may top up any listing, and anyone may place a higher bid, which pushes lower listings down the ranking.

Being outbid never removes your placement. Your logo, link and description stay live for the full 12-month term you paid for, at whatever rank the board puts you.

The main sponsor placement is sold at a fixed price of €50,000 and is not part of the auction.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euro. Because the advertising service is delivered immediately upon payment, all payments are final and no refunds are issued — including where you are outbid, where you are dissatisfied with traffic or exposure, or where the funding goal described in section 4 is not reached.

The only exception is section 6 (moderation): if we remove your placement on our own initiative, we refund the amount paid for it.

The van does not exist yet. If total purchases reach €125,000 or more by 1 January 2027, we intend to buy a Mercedes-Benz James Cook 600D Westfalia and place the logos of the top 10 bidders, plus the main sponsor, physically on the vehicle for the duration of the tour.

If that amount is not reached, no vehicle is bought, no physical placement happens, and no refunds are issued — your website advertising continues for its full term. Vehicle specification, purchase date, routes, trip frequency and duration may change for practical, legal or financial reasons.

Physical placement, where it happens, is based on the ranking at the moment the vehicle is wrapped. Bids placed after that moment receive website placement only.

We aim to attract press and social media attention and to publish regular photo and video content from trips across Europe, based out of Bulgaria. We make no guarantee of any specific level of press coverage, reach, traffic, clicks, impressions, virality or commercial result. Content frequency is best-effort, typically around weekly or bi-weekly trips.

By submitting a logo, name, link and description you confirm you are entitled to use them and you grant us a licence to display them on this website, on the vehicle (if applicable) and in related promotional material for the term of your placement.

We may refuse or remove any submission that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, adult-only, hateful, related to illegal products or services, or that we reasonably consider damaging to the project. Where we remove a placement on those grounds, we refund the amount paid for that placement.

Placements are sold as business-to-business advertising services. Billing country and, where applicable, an EU VAT number are collected at checkout, and an invoice is issued for every purchase. Applicable VAT is handled according to Bulgarian and EU rules and shown on the invoice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a placement is limited to the amount you paid for that placement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We collect the company name, link, description, logo, email address and billing/tax details needed to deliver the placement and issue an invoice. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never reaches our servers. Data is kept for as long as required by accounting law. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
